When it comes to the precautions of concrete brick making machine, you can say a few words from both industry and non industry. However, as a senior of cement block brick machine, you should seriously divide it into seven items:
1. Check whether the fastening bolts of each part are fastened and whether an appropriate amount of lubricating oil has been added to each part.
2. Check whether there is dry material on the strip cutting and billet cutting machine. If there is, it shall be removed in time.
3. The steel wire shall be prepared according to the specified size so that it can be replaced in time when the wire is broken. The old steel wire shall not be thrown at will. When cutting the blank, the hand shall not approach the steel wire to avoid accidents.
4. Check whether the starting circuit is normal, whether each solenoid valve works normally, and whether each button on the console is in the ready to work position.
5. Check whether the water level in the water tank of the vacuum pump is within the specified range, and start the vehicle only after the oil pressure and air pressure reach normal.
6. Drain the impurities such as water and oil from the air tank.

7. Start up only after everything is normal. Avoid frequent shutdown after starting up.
