How to correctly use QT10-15 cement block machine: 

1. When the equipment is running, non operators shall operate the equipment, and no one shall touch the machinery to avoid personal accidents. 

2. It is not allowed to operate the cement brick machine without load vibration for a long time. 

3. When operating the cement brick machine, the operator must understand the manual, be familiar with the working principle and working procedures, and operate the equipment as required. Non professional operators are not allowed to operate the equipment. 

4. Cut off the power supply when the equipment stops working or maintenance. 

5. Remove the adhesive on the supporting plate in time. The manufacturing of supporting plate shall comply with the regulations, the diagonal error shall be less than 5mm, and no more than five pieces shall be stacked on the plate feeder. 

6. The material shall not contain large particles (greater than 10mm) aggregate or other sundries, especially solid articles such as iron parts. One party will damage the mold and equipment.
