Although they can be repaired by the manufacturer's after-sales service, sometimes the production is urgent and can't be repaired by the manufacturer. What should we do? 1. If the compactness of hollow bricks produced by cement brick machine is not enough, it shall be checked for the following reasons:
(1) Cutting is not enough.
(2) Uneven distribution: adjust the viscosity of the material and adjust the position of the distribution teeth in the feeder car to keep the position of the distribution teeth above the blanking hole of the die.
2. In the process of producing hollow brick, if the compactness of the brick meets the requirements, but the collapse occurs in the middle of the brick body, the main reason is that the brick is not pressed in place, the upper mold limit is not really stressed, or the rubber pier of the shaking table is still compressed. At this time, the lower mold is lifted, the brick loses the protection of the side wall of the mold, and the brick is collapsed under the action of pressure.
3. If the demoulding is not smooth and laborious during the production of hollow bricks, the solution:
(1) First, ensure that the lower die rises and falls stably;
(2) After the upper limit is in place, extend the vibration time to slightly separate the brick from the side wall of the mold under vibration;
(3) Reduce the feeding amount on the premise of ensuring the compactness of bricks.
4. During the production of hollow bricks, if the lower mold rises during the demoulding process, the upper mold rises, and the bricks fall out in the middle, the main causes and solutions of brick tensile crack are as follows:
(1) If the pressure of the upper die is too low and the upper die rises when the lower die rises, the pressure of the upper die should be increased. If the standard die does not rise, it shall prevail;
(2) Reduce the feeding amount, form in place, prolong the vibration time, and separate the brick from the mold.
5. Main reasons and solutions for the inconsistency of density and height between the left and right of the same brick during the production of hollow block:
(1) Check whether the position of mixing teeth in the hopper car is evenly distributed and correct;
(2) Carefully observe whether the left and right amplitudes of the mold are consistent during the distribution process. If not, adjust the balance system or increase or decrease the thickness of the rubber pier of the shaking table to make the left and right amplitudes consistent.
